Lauren is a public relations and communications professional who helps organizations turn complex ideas into clear stories that build credibility and support business growth. As vice president at Waterhouse Public Relations, she brings more than 13 years of experience in public relations, content marketing, executive communications and internal communications to local, regional and national clients.

Her work spans owned, earned and shared channels, including media relations, executive bylines and thought leadership, customer stories and case studies, website and newsletter content, social media strategy, employee communications and crisis communications. She has partnered with executives, product teams, marketing leaders and community stakeholders across industries including automotive, manufacturing, chemical, health care technology, software, banking, hospitality, restaurants, retail, government and economic development.

Lauren began her career at Waterhouse PR in 2013, then spent more than eight years in the health care technology sector. She later returned to Waterhouse, bringing her in-house experience to her client work.

Lauren holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations from Lee University. Outside the office, she is an avid reader and enjoys spending time with her children and enjoying the outdoors.
