As Senior Account Manager at Waterhouse Public Relations, Lauren brings a decade of experience to help our clients craft clear, engaging communication strategies that align with organizational goals, ensuring effective delivery of materials and updates. Her expertise spans various industries, including automotive, chemical, fast-casual restaurant franchises, retail and healthcare.

Before joining Waterhouse PR, Lauren was a Senior Learning and Technology Specialist at an enterprise healthcare operations software and services company. There, she administered company-wide and client-facing learning management systems (LMS), developed and maintained web-based training (WBT) courses and executed internal and client-facing communication strategies to support the company.

Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in public relations from Lee University. Outside the office, she is an avid reader and enjoys spending time with her three children.
