Kayleigh Heaton
As Account Executive, Kayleigh proactively develops communication strategies for Waterhouse clients and works continuously to ensure that all campaigns and tactics align with each client’s specific goals. Kayleigh leverages her proficient skills in research, communication, organization, flexibility and relationship-building to serve the needs of all clients.

Before joining the Waterhouse team, Kayleigh worked for United States Representative Chuck Fleischmann’s Chattanooga District Office as a constituent services representative. During this time, Kayleigh handled constituent requests for assistance with federal agencies, managed a continuous case load and helped facilitate communication among federal agencies and constituents.

Kayleigh’s previous experience in communications and politics includes work on U.S. Senator Marsha Blackburn’s election campaign, which focused on grassroots communication throughout Hamilton County. She also spent time on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C., completing work for the Republican National Committee. Each of these experiences furthered her skills in writing, communications and social media content creation.

In addition to her work in politics, Kayleigh’s background also includes manufacturing. At Astec Industries, she helped support large equipment sales and internal communications among sales representatives across North America.

Kayleigh is a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where she earned her bachelor’s degree in political science and communication. She is currently finishing up her master’s degree in strategic public relations from George Washington University and enjoys spending time with her friends, family and two dogs in her spare time.
