Elisa Myzal is a communications professional who specializes in crisis communication, media relations and event planning. Elisa has decades of experience working with law enforcement, government, international sports associations and teams, large corporations and nonprofit entities and local, regional, national and international media outlets. Her role at Waterhouse PR is as an Account Manager, bringing strategic counsel and creativity to her clients and projects.

 

Her previous work includes law enforcement, where she served as an executive staff member leading the response in crisis communications situations as it relates to local, regional and national media, social media and community outreach. Elisa has also worked as a member of the media and digital media in roles as a local television news producer and nationally as a project manager for NBCOlympics.com. Throughout her career, she has coordinated and implemented numerous Olympic-level, professional and youth sports events and business conferences.

 

Elisa grew up in Upstate New York, graduated from the University of Florida and has since lived in various parts of the United States, calling Chattanooga home since 2012. She is a member of the Girls on the Run Board of Directors and chair of its marketing committee. She’s also a certified personal trainer who helps clients achieve their fitness goals.
