As Account Executive, Caroline proactively develops communication strategies for Waterhouse clients and works continuously to ensure that her clients are well positioned for publicity opportunities. She is skilled in visual media, research, communication, organization, special event coordination and relationship building, serving the broad needs of all clients.

Caroline is a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where she earned her bachelor’s degree in communications and business administration. While earning her degree, she took on the role of general manager at a local restaurant, which sharpened her business acumen. As an Account Executive at Waterhouse Public Relations, Caroline puts her business experience and academic background to good use in developing strategies for clients that align with their business goals.

Outside of work, Caroline likes exploring Chattanooga with her boyfriend, taking their two dogs on hikes and completing DIY projects on their home together. A Knoxville native and Tennessee Volunteers fan, she always enjoys spending spare weekends home visiting family and friends.
