Kelsey Chastain

Waterhouse Public Relations has expanded its team with the addition of Kelsey Chastain, an experienced communications professional and award-winning journalist. In her role as an account executive, she will focus on client needs, strategy and media relations.

Ms. Chastain comes to Waterhouse with knowledge and experience as a communications professional across several areas including broadcast news, print media and radio. Previously as marketing and communications manager of a Chattanooga-based lifestyle magazine, Ms. Chastain steered the layout and content generation of the monthly publication and led communications with clients and the community. 

“Kelsey is a well-rounded communicator and a great addition to the energy of our team,” said Albert Waterhouse, president and CEO. “Her experience and drive will be a tremendous asset to the firm as we grow client relationships and help create impressions that count.” 

Ms. Chastain has several years of experience capturing, writing and sharing stories. In a prior role as a reporter at WTVC NewsChannel 9, she received a first place award from the Tennessee Associated Press for her comprehensive journalism abilities. 

Because of her unique communications experience, Ms. Chastain is skilled at cultivating and maintaining relationships, creating relevant and timely news pitches and providing specialized media training for clients. In her role at Waterhouse, Ms. Chastain will capitalize on her diverse experience base and relationship-minded approach, said officials. 

Ms. Chastain is an Atlanta-area native and proud to call Chattanooga home with her husband and dog.
