Kelsey Chastain is an accomplished communications professional with a demonstrated knowledge of broadcast and digital media, client relations, media relations, communications strategy and event planning. As part of the Waterhouse Public Relations account services team, she thrives on the challenges and rewards of thinking outside the box for her clients and their target audiences. Kelsey’s prior experience as an award-winning journalist lends a unique perspective to her career as a public relations specialist.

Kelsey made her way to Chattanooga in 2013 to continue her role as a broadcast journalist at WTVC NewsChannel 9. Her valuable experience in the field allows her to quickly establish and maintain relationships with various media outlets. She enjoys using her personal industry experience to help her clients gain media exposure and prepare for live and taped interviews.

Kelsey is a proud member of the Humane Educational Society’s Board of Directors and enjoys planning annual fundraising events that benefit animals in need. In her spare time, she enjoys cheering on the Chattanooga Lookouts, listening to live music and exploring new local shops and restaurants with her husband and dog.
