Newk’s Eatery will satisfy fall cravings with a seasonal lineup of savory favorites. Starting September 12, Newk’s is leading off its latest limited-time offerings with the return of three hot toasted sandwiches—Newk’s Turkey Cranberry, Pork “Q,” and Cuban sandwiches, as well as a Chicken Alfredo Pizza. These hearty creations will be served up alongside seasonal made-from-scratch desserts, including Newk’s six-layer German Chocolate Cake, and scratch-made Whoopie Pies in red velvet and chocolate varieties.

“Hearty sandwiches with robust flavors are the core of our fall menus for both in-restaurant dining as well as catering,” says Alan Wright, Newk’s Eatery’s chief marketing officer. “We’ve taken a fresh approach to traditional favorites by topping tender meats that are brined and grilled fresh daily with complex sweet and savory ingredient combinations. The result is a craveable menu that is perfect for cool weather dining, tailgating season and holiday events.”  

Newk’s talks turkey with its Turkey Cranberry Sandwich which features hand-sliced, oven-roasted turkey layered with Newk’s own cranberry chutney and Ammerländer Swiss cheese. Piled high on the company’s signature French Parisian bread, the fresh ingredients are hot toasted in a flavorful nod to Thanksgiving classics.

For fans of the bestselling Newk’s “Q” sandwich, Newk’s fall menu is also bringing back the pork variation of this brand favorite. Replacing the sandwich’s standard grilled chicken with marinated pork tenderloin, Newk’s Pork “Q” consists of layers of tender pork, bacon, Swiss cheese, and Newk’s signature white barbecue sauce on toasted French Parisian bread. Debuting on Newk’s catering menu, guests can also enjoy this pork variation at their next party, meeting or event with new Pork “Q” Sliders. The Newk’s Cuban sandwich also features this same pork topped with smoked ham, Swiss cheese, mustard, and crisp sliced pickles on French Parisian bread.

Newk’s new Chicken Alfredo Pizza starts with Newk’s hand-tossed pizza dough, which is topped with kettle-batched Alfredo sauce and layered with freshly grated mozarella cheese, arugula, red onions, flame-grilled chicken and creamy goat cheese. The new pizza delivers the signature rich Alfredo flavor beloved by diners with a hint of spice from the entrée’s garden fresh red onions.

Moving beyond the savory, Newk’s is paying homage to sweet tooths across its more than 100 restaurants with a batch of seasonal desserts handcrafted in the company’s very own bakery. Made with rich dark chocolate, Newk’s German Chocolate Cake features pecan-coconut frosting layered with chocolate cake— six times over. Additionally, Newk’s is serving up an All-American favorite with its Whoopie Pies, which are made with creamy vanilla filling sandwiched in between two pieces of indulgent chocolate or red velvet cake.

Newk’s Turkey Cranberry Sandwich can be purchased for $7.29, while the Pork “Q” and Cuban Sandwich can be enjoyed for $7.99 and the Chicken Alfredo Pizza for $8.99. Additionally, guests can indulge in Newk’s German Chocolate Cake for $3.45 per slice and one of Newk’s Whoopie Pies for $3.45.
